I focus predominantly Hearts of Iron IV lets plays, I like to play a historic game using a lot of what options the game provides even if they don't make sense out of a "meta" perspective. I'm in it for the fun and for the glory, not to stop the AI fastest possible using whatever bugs and exploits exist - I play as I believe the game is intended to be played. A well thought out strategy and good tactical execution.
What you won't get is blasting carelessly through at speed 5. You won't get any submarine or light cruiser stacks or 40 width 14/4 divisions. You might however spot a carrier with deck armour, a 23 width infantry division or a tauchpanzer floating by the statue of liberty - just because I can and it makes sense in the playthrough.
