This is an edit of an older video review, which was made over 2 years ago (uploaded May 12, 2021). The original video had a Content ID claim made on it recently, and so it got blocked. The claim was for 37 seconds of the video: ~29 seconds of various clips, and ~8 seconds of stock footage (the stock footage definitely wasn't theirs). Disputing such claims under "fair use" can be both a hassle and a murky zone to go into. So, I figured that it'd be best if I just edited content out of the original video review.

Along with editing the contested section, I also cut out even more of the clips used for review. I replaced the cut clips with even more stock footage. That way, not only is the part that was claimed for content fixed up, but the rest of the review should be safer from possible claims, too.

Original description is below (and yes, the show's still on Netflix):
------------
A quick review for the anime, "The Promised Neverland." I tried Season 1, which is on Netflix right now. **CAUTION: there are spoilers later on in the review.** These spoilers show some scenes from the manga and reveal its ending. But, I do give a warning right beforehand.

And for those who want to see this show, at the time of this review, Season 1 is on Netflix. There is a Season 2 out that you can probably hunt down, too. There's also a live-action adaptation, and Amazon Studios is making an American live-action series. But based on what I saw and learned while researching the manga, it seems as if the manga's the most complex, and the anime changed some things. Apparently, even the ending was changed somewhat.

* Technical note: All of the songs used in this video are from the YouTube Audio Library, with the exception of Mama/Isabella humming towards the end of the clip, which is only shown to exemplify that she does hum to various children.

Song List (in order used):
Dancing Star - Aakash Gandhi
Fallacy - Cxdy
No.3 Morning Folk Song - Esther Abrami
Resolver - Amulets
The Six Realms - I Think I Can Help You
Cosmetic Cosmos - Verified Picasso
On The Hunt - Andrew Langdon
Voices - Patrick Patrikios
The Awakening - Patrick Patrikios (used twice)
