35Most games have flaws, but few are so full of them that they become worse than a B-movie. Hydrophobia (now Hydrophobia: Prophecy) is definitely one of those games. Despite ambitious plans and genuinely intriguing ideas, Hydrophobia can't keep its head above water.*
