Completing all of the missions in the final chapter of the game. This still holds most unique due to shift mechanics and the creativity on some of the missions and it's fun to play to this day, more with mods but with some bugs to keep in mind. Felony rework was one of it that improves more than just police system with the introduction of felony level that is absent on this and it also multiplied with the willpower you had accumulate during pursuit which it's good and all, it had problems with being crashes on some circumstances which occur on part 2 of the playthrough and tactics is still weaker

Also, i remember the final mission on PC that it crashes the game when it triggers nuclear effect and i can't progress further and had to resort to patch which fixed it probably year later. And in that time, i had to play 360 version instead and in which didn't get the same problem than that version at that time.
