(English below) Seguramente la mayoría de los aficionados a los shooters de estilo clásico conozcan DUSK, el juego indie que se inspira en juegos como Quake, Doom o Blood que salió hace algunos años. Su estilo visual parecía sacado de 1996, pareciendo en ese aspecto un mod de Quake. Pues recientemente se ha publicado un DLC gratuito que remasteriza el juego dándole un aspecto más HD. Este DLC (que es opcional, se puede seguir eligiendo jugar de la forma original) aumenta la cantidad de polígonos en enemigos y algunas zonas de los escenarios, y las texturas también han recibido un buen chute de resolución. De esta forma, ahora el juego parece más bien un FPS de finales de los 90 con un mod de texturas mejoradas. La verdad es que me gusta más el juego así, pues shooters indie que imitan el estilo visual de mediados de los 90 han salido muchos en los últimos años, pero que imiten el de finales de los 90, casi ninguno.

En este gameplay juego al primer episodio completo en dificultad "Cero miedo" y mostrando todos los secretos (los numerados, al menos, puede que me haya dejado alguno que no cuente o algún easter egg), incluyendo el nivel secreto.

DUSK puede comprarse en Steam y GOG, además de en algunas consolas como Switch y PS4 (no sé si este DLC está disponible en dichas versiones).

Surely most fans of classic style shooters know DUSK, the indie game inspired by games like Quake, Doom or Blood that came out a few years ago. Its visual style looked like something out of 1996, looking like a Quake mod in that aspect. Recently a free DLC has been released that remasters the game giving it a more HD look. This DLC (which is optional, you can still choose to play the game the original way) increases the amount of polygons in enemies and some areas of the scenarios, and the textures have also received a good shot of resolution. So now the game looks more like a late 90's FPS with an improved texture mod. The truth is that I like the game better this way, because indie shooters that mimic the visual style of the mid 90's have come out many in recent years, but that mimic the late 90's, almost none.

In this gameplay I play the first full episode on "Zero Fear" difficulty and showing all the secrets (the numbered ones, at least, I may have left out some that don't count or some easter egg), including the secret level.

DUSK can be purchased on Steam and GOG, as well as on some consoles like Switch and PS4 (I don't know if this DLC is available on those versions).
