Hey what's up everyone, Johnathan Irwin "JIRWINKO" here and I wanted to drop this small little walkthrough video to help anyone else going through the same issues on Baldur's Gate 3 regarding facial hair and shadows as I was. Since Patch 4 hit, shadows and facial hair have looked REALLY bad in Baldur's Gate 3.

Larian has suggested a fix to the issue be looking into mods, but the problem with that is I don't use a single mod on Baldur's Gate 3! So searching high and low through the internet, I did eventually find a helpful reddit post that suggested forcing anisotropic filtering because at the moment it's not working right within the game itself and it has yet to be fixed.

But it dawned on me a lot of people may not know how to do that, so today I'm dropping a little video tutorial to help out! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone, and I hope this helps do away with bad facial hair and shadows in your Baldur's Gate 3 experience!
