**This is a full, blind let's play series of Blues and Bullets: Episode 2 - Shaking the Hive.**
In Blues and Bullets, Eliot Ness, the former leader of the legendary Untouchables, wished only to spend the rest of his days working in his diner (named Blues and Bullets), not dwelling too much on the cesspit of corruption his city, Santa Esperanza, had degenerated into.
But things rarely go as planned.
When children suddenly start to disappear and the police just simply turn a blind eye, Eliot decides to take the law into his own hands, track down the culprit and bring him to justice by any means necessary, even if he has to abandon his dreams of a peaceful life and again get embroiled in shootouts with the usual array of assassins and hoodlums.
Helped by various characters from some unexpected places, in Blues & Bullets, the player must guide Eliot through the increasingly morbid and decadent scenarios searching for clues to solve the cases in the five episodes of this season's Blues and Bullets.
The action in Blues and Bullets takes place in the fictional city of Santa Esperanza, where a retired Ness runs a diner where police and other law agents frequent. Aesthetically, Blues And Bullets touts an impressive graphic style based in classic American comics and noir fiction style. Blues and Bullets takes place in an alternate retelling of the history of the United States, where Eliot Ness arrested Al Capone and the airship Hindenburg did not crash. The script has been written by Josué Monchán, the same writer that created the script from Runaway and Yesterday.
Blues and Bullets' music has been written by the multi awarded compositor Damian Sánchez, from the music studio Sonotrigger, and the main theme has been composed and interpreted by the Spanish singer Izä. For the voicing talent, the title has used Doug Cockle (Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher 2,3) as Elliot Ness, and Jules de Jongh (Faith from Mirrors Edge), an important character that will appear later in the chapter. Visually it will immerse you in a realistic comic world with a taste of German Expressionism.
Despite being an episodic tell-your-own-story adventure, Blues and Bullets breaks away from the norm with non-QTE free shooting sequences. Blues and Bullets also includes a monochrome/black and white with tints of red and orange aesthetic, adding to the noir feel and allowing it to highlight and place emphasis on important items.
In Blues and Bullets: Episode 1 The End of Peace, we are introduced to occult happenings involving missing children, and the lawless city of Santa Esperanza. Retired police superintendent Eliot Ness now owns his own Blue & Bullets diner but is soon contacted by his old nemesis Al Capone in regards to Capone's missing granddaughter, Sofia.
In Blues and Bullets: Episode 2, Ness and Milton chase the Nikolai Ivankov's trail to his submarine in search for Sofia Capone.
Warning: Blues and Bullets, as an episodic noir game, has dark themes and can be extremely gorey and violent at times. For example, in the first episode of Blues & Bullets, there is a graphically explicit murder scene.

Blues and Bullets is developer A Crowd of Monsters' debut title. The first episode was released on Steam on PC on July 23, 2015, and is also available on the XBox One. The second episode was released on March 20, 2016.
