Also the obvious heart tank can get gotten with the charged ice platform. Just one fancy jump and you won't need to come back to this stage. The Boomerang Cutter is the option for people, like me, who never even THOUGHT of that possibility.
Kind of makes me want to try to slice some times off my personal record now. But I'd have to play this a ton more all over again. Oh well.
Plus the green guy guarding the last normal capsule can be shot in his arm stump when his claw is out.
