MakerBot 3D Printer in action (short clip)
9Filmed this last month at Mosman Library's Creation Space to show friends and family who think 3D printers are cool, figured I might as well upload it to YouTube too. Yes, it's a very short, very pointless clip, but LOL I wasn't gonna stick around for 4h waiting for it to finish soz. 3D printing has its applications, but at a more casual consumer level I personally see them as an impractical gimmick. This is why I didn't bother using them at uni, and don't have a desire to use them now. That, and my only experience using 3D software in high school in the early noughties was a total disaster hahaha, and now I'm too old and cranky to give it another crack! XD
