This will probably be the final time I get to review this, you may notice this being a re-re-upload, I am sick and I uploaded it without actually finishing the project, which is somewhat funny. Anyway, Noct was an ambitious project by a small group and single dev. They became a subsidiary of Devolver Digital and one a very small list that has since been removed from the Steam store page of the Developer and Publisher. That's a big let down, Devolver doesn't usually take on projects that fail, or that aren't hits immediately, I think that this just didn't get enough support, and the dev had to move on. Its atmosphere is great, but it's currently in a worse state than it was in at release, due to lack of development, no fixes to the current steam cache are in sight.
