I think I may have found one of the hardest project zomboid challenges out there. Fully modded - Pain, just survive, no challenge. High pop, six months later. Scent of Blood, infections are real, Expanded Heli, Lingering reflexes and voices, Sprinters, Real Weather, Survival crafting, other crafting items. Cures and delays, the cure can cause paib to a player that can be excruciating for up to six months, the cure can kill you. Worse vehicle condition, low vehicle spawn, fhq vehicle spawn which will spread them out.
