0Subnautica is an action-adventure exploration game developed and published by Unknown Worlds Entertainment. Directed by Charlie Cleveland, written by Tom Jubert, composed by Simon Chylinski, released on all popular platforms like Windows, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and even the useless macOS. You, the player, are stranded on a remote mostly ocean planet known as 4546B in the Galaxy of Andromeda. The only apparent objective is to explore the ocean and survive its dangers and maybe find out why your spaceship crashed on this planet and how and if you can escape.
It's probably one of the most subtle and most powerful games ever made. Also it's really fun to play! In this video, we took an in-depth philosophical/lore-focused look at the game and explain why this game matters.
