1 Byte Memory Cube!!!

This is a much smaller version of the memory you've seen in my other videos. I also wanted my system to rely on clock pulses more than individual timing for every circuit.
The cube is 640 cubes in volume (Not including the frame that it's in) 10x8x8. The read and write functionality is almost instant with less than a second delay for each. It is also enabled for addressing and built for stackability.
So, so cap the specs:
