Bayonetta 2, sequel to the fantastic 2010 action game by Platinum Games, made a surprise playable appearance at Nintendo's Booth this E3.

Bayonetta is a powerhouse witch who summons infernal demons with her hair to lay waste to the divine denizens of Paradise. Featuring a new "Umbran Climax" mechanic, which functions like the Devil Trigger in old Devil May Cry games, as well as expanded weapon sets, new combos and improved aerial combat, Bayonetta 2 is shaping up to be an incredible action game that easily lives up to the reputation of the first game.

Bayonetta 2 is scheduled for a 2014 release, only for Nintendo's Wii U.
