9:00 Tier is ticked when you beat all the bosses (on that tier)
you may select a harder level (decrease x by 2+) but you can only go back to tier levels you cleared.
you keep all the gold, tokens and artifacts you gained, so keep that in an envelope.
Heroes that died should be kept aside and you should select a random new hero. After you won your heroes are healed.
Game starts in all but the first, with an envelope...
