Going to start a little series of easy recipes made with things from our solar powered vertical garden on our balcony! First up is our cucumbers πŸ₯’

Dressing is:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Splash of mirin
Splash of rice wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Sesame seeds
chilli flakes (Japanese or Korean, add as much or as little as you like)

PLEASE NOTE these measurements may need changing depending on the flavour/wateriness of the cucumbers! Only you know YOUR tastebuds so just taste as you go and adjust accordingly, especially with the salt πŸ˜…πŸ˜…
