I've looted this POI a few times in the past, as an early game base it has everything you would need except for a water supply.
There is a brick wall around the entire POI except for a 1 block wide gap where the door is.
By using some horizontal wood bars around the top of the wall you can create a safe area to shoot down at any zombies attacking the walls.
The POI has a good sized room for your crafting needs and is high enough to add an additional level internally.
The walled area of the POI is large enough for farming and you can use the small crypts for storage or crafting stations with added protection in case the zombies break through the walls.
