The Italians Are Indeed Coming In World of Warships.
World of Warships is a naval action MMO, dipping into the world of large-scale sea battles of the first half of the twentieth century. Epic battles rage across the oceans of the world in order to claim victory among teams comprised of the greatest representatives from the era of multi-ton marine giants.
In order to achieve victory in battle, players must employ a wide range of strategies in a variety of tactical decisions. Sudden ambushes, cunning flanking attacks, open confrontation and "head-on" assaults — captains must strive to find an ideal way to deliver a decisive blow at the enemy.
Tactical diversity in World of Warships comes from the inclusion of many different classes of warships, including: aircraft carriers, capable of providing remote air support and striking targets at extreme range; colossal battleships that project power across vast swaths of ocean; light and heavy cruisers with the capability to quickly respond to changing battlefield conditions; and stealthy, agile destroyers which can be highly effective in group attacks.
Brindisi is a somewhat odd upgrade from the previous ship, Amalfi. The most obvious change is the addition of a fourth turret on her stern; however, this comes at the cost of an increased reload. Brindisi has 20 second reload vs. Amalfi's 16 second reload. Even with the upgrade, Main Battery Modification 3 (Reduces the reload time of the main battery guns: -12% main battery loading time. / -13% main battery traverse speed.), her reload is only reduced to 17.6 seconds. This trade-off between extra barrels and reload when moving up a tier isn't unique to this line; the move from Baltimore to Buffalo has a similar trade. Other improvements include extra hit points, a slightly faster rudder, and an extra kilometer of range.
Brindisi's play style is no different from that of Amalfi. Captains who played through the previous ship can transfer their knowledge without issue. One thing to consider, however, is that trying to keep all four guns on target may not always be the best choice, as the resulting amount of side shown can be potentially deadly.
Her game play is identical to other ships in the line; knowing where to aim to maximize the damage done by SAP, switching to AP for Russian and German battleships, focusing destroyers and angled cruisers, and re-positioning to maximize your effect on a battle.
