Hey all! I'm currently hard at work on a couple of bigger projects, but I figured I would share a snippet of something original that I am working on.
I started writing this piece for a little game demo scenario I'm building in Unity. I'm not sure if I'll ever share it but I'm having fun getting back into video game design after a long break and thought it would be fun to share a snippet of what I've been working on for the music.
For this particularly demo, I decided to focus on a short loop from the entire piece and perform something improvised for the solo. I recorded a video just for fun on this one, and I happened to like it enough that I thought it would be fun to upload. The solo ended up sounding a lot like an electric guitar, but the original instrument is just a electronic piano sound run through various distortion and guitar effects processing. I think it sounds pretty fun and I'm thinking about incorporating it into the final piece.
