A10-7860K vs i3-6100 Frame Time Analysis - DiRT Rally
DiRT Rally is the latest entry in Codemasters' rally game series and it offers a more simulation-centric driving experience. The built-in benchmark puts the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X through its paces in the Welsh forest - it's great to see the return of narrow roads, longer rally stages with all the bumps and dips.
We went for 720p and medium settings with 2xMSAA. The A10-7860K has a considerable advantage over the i3-6100, you can either go for 1080p or bump up the quality preset on the AMD system. The i3 produces some serious texture flickering on the pine trees which is quite distracting.
