Pretty much just like everyone else said. Everything was laid out and right when you worried about the seed becoming a medallion or boots hunt you ended up getting those in the first few checks. This seed gave you ample progression early on, along with swords when needed, and even red mail. Having so much progression early on meant there were a lot of choices in where you could go first.
I put off going to EP area for a while, hoping to get the mirror to do PoD/EP in one go.
No dice, the mirror was in sahasralah's closet. But Titan's Mitts being on lake hylia and not having mirror locked up a large portion of the world and made the seed very linear for me. I feel like the seed is going to come down to three things: How conservatively you played, how good your movement is, and whether you failed any execution (or made any dumb mistakes).
For conservative vs risky, I was neither super risky nor super conservative. I did front of escape, which could maybe have been skipped by someone else in hopes of routing it in later or just skipping it altogether. I did the hera basement chest, which actually was a simple mistake because I just plain forgot about herapot (despite literally practicing the setup right before the run). This ended up getting me another item in ToH in the big chest but it wasn't progression anyways, so that wasted some time.
When the medallion hunt started for TR I decided to go up to dark world death mountain FIRST, figure out what medallion was needed (ether), then proceeded to mire area, but it would saved me a trip through DM if I had done it in reverse. Of course, hindsight is 20/20...I was actually half-expecting the medallion to be somewhere awful like iced T chest in IP, so I wanted to at least know which one I was looking for.
For general movement, eh, I definitely am decent enough, but I'm sure there are runners who will gain seconds on me here and there via clever hookshot usage, not stopping to slash enemies, etc. I also zoned out at one point in EP and walked to the cannonball chest twice...
For execution, I actually felt great, particularly for the latter part of the run and GT -- I had a blazing fast run through the gauntlet, pretty much "got" almost every room in GT. Unfortunately I had to take a pit stop to the fairy room in GT, because I was low on health -- that's something that I'm sure a more capable runner wouldn't have had to do. I had a rather messy Aga2 fight but had a very clean tempered ganon fight which made up for it.
For mistakes, it seems like I was not alone in messing up the routing on PoD. When PoD is bow-locked I'm pretty sure you need to go down first and clean up those 3 chests, not up. I've even thought about this situation before but in the heat of the moment forgot about my rule for that. So I got to the big chest without a big key and was like "uhhhhh". Thank god, I decided to go back and get it after helmasaur -- ice rod was there, so I narrowly dodged a bullet there. Still, that was probably my biggest time loss.
