The runs are synced starting from Ai's ult at 0:30. The difference between the runs occur at 0:27; in the left video Sirin does NOT use normal 3 in favour of shortening the rotation a bit (+2 points) while in the right video Sirin does use normal 3. The normal 3 by itself doesn't add a lot of damage, but it has an enormous impact on next the rotation. I'm still not exactly sure why though.

Starting from Sirin's QTE at 0:41 onwards, you can see the right video starts pulling a lot farther ahead in damage. For the first half of Sirin's rotation, the right video is dealing much more damage on every hit, starting from the QTE and continuing on through normal 1 to 4.

The ignite damage over time ticks are also slightly better on the run on the right. This is probably due to the slightly desynced ignite gauge from the extra normal 3 at 0:27.

1:19 Rotation 2 N4 bonus ignite damage: 641,190 vs. 704,943 (damage loss occured because the left run didn't catch ELF)

I was never able to clean kill when skipping the normal 3 at 0:27, so a 718 score never happened. The chasm from skipping a seemingly unimportant move was way too large.
