AR-15 Blood Splatter Paint Job - How To pt 2
Painting an AR-15 is probably easier than you think. They're made of metal. They're meant to be handled rough. It's not a Cadillac, even if it is a bit gucci. Here I'm doing a full, heavy metal style blood splatter paintjob on my new AR-15. I tape off all the important crap, some of the parts on it are already red. I also remove the charging handle and BCG and tape that off. Then spray. If you want a cool look, do what I did and smear it with your gloves as you go. The same works for camo. It's going to wear off anyway, and a paint job like this is super easy to refurbish because I can always just splatter more red on it as needed. Heavy fucking metal, bro!
Remember, rifle paint jobs have been done in the trenches ever since rattle cans have existed. Don't be one of those pussies who does the whole cerekote thing or whatever and doesn't want it to get sracthed. That shit is gonna happen. It's not a trailer queen. It' a tool. They're tougher than you think.
