Just at the bottom of the ravine, the party is attacked by a giant chimera.
Key Notes:
Boss: Chimera
- SPREAD OUT!
- This boss has three body parts that need to be disabled as you attack them all. It's actually just fine to attack anywhere. All damage is dealt.
- However, each part has an Excel Act. The head has a fire breath attack that hits three times. The wings have a three-hit attack that hits around the Chimera which might cause the Lvl - effect. The arm has the double swipe move, this one being the strongest Excel Act. Deactivating one part makes it unable to use the correspondent Excel Act.
- The Raystones all compliment the fiend's magic. Speaking of magic, it's weak against water and wind magic.
- It is EXTREMELY important that all party members have a lot of HP available at the end of the fight. The boss uses a cheap all-party kill move that CANNOT be defended against no matter what. At this point, you should have plenty of weapons and abilities that increase HP by a lot. It is possible to survive its last attack with all three party members.
