if it wasn't clear on the vid, the jarl elixir is NOT used to give you a chance to loot tavern, this is used if you want to loot non-seasonal locations such as volcano, forest, mountain and city.
the super smelly vanities are looted in the chests inside Jarl's house.
do you need lepre/hisha/or luck elix to loot a tavern?
-NO.. you just need patience to continuously farm and hope for the best!
does Jarl really drop tavern deed?
-YES, but its considered as a mythic rarity so that means its not that easy to get (just like the person you like.)
the things you can loot when you kill Jarl are:
furnishing slot
house slot
furnitures
Jarl event exclusive furniture
the houses (starter,cottage,lodge tavern)
gold
(shattered dreams from other player who diligently farm the event LOL)
