Dusk is the next limited operator with the Who is Real? event. Being an AoE caster does bring it's disadvantages though with their high DP cost, low attack speed and short range but thankfully Dusk handles at least 2 of those issues. Her skill 1 is similar to Ifrit's skill 2 or Eyja's skill 2 with gaining charges to hit enemies with a big blast of damage. Skill 2 increases attack speed and range both of those 2 main disadvantages and then skill 3 is interesting with summoning allies with every attack (with 2k hp each). Pretty much this skill 3 can be used to stall any boss for the full 60 seconds of the skill's duration allowing your dps operators or just stalling usual enemies too.

Overall I think Dusk is worth going for but unfortunately the Rainbow 6 Siege limited event is pretty much right after this so the timing is ouch. Comparing Ash to Dusk, I would say Dusk is more interesting but Ash can be a better boss killer.
