Just as the calm before the storm passes, ALL MIND suddenly sent Raven a request. Once again, heavily encoded and hidden from Handler Walter. ALL MIND wants Raven to ambush and assassinate a high-ranked member of the Vespers, V.III O'Keeffe, during his survey of Depth 3 for Arquebus. According to ALL MIND, O'Keeffe who is a second-generation augmented human was her contact and mole within the Arquebus Corporation but had chosen to renege at the last minute. Given how deeply he was involved with ALL MIND's Release Project, he clearly knew too much and was a high priority threat to ALL MIND. ALL MIND stated that his death will be covered up by the system and noted as death by misadventure.

ALL MIND had once again emphasized the need for an exceptional augmented human - presumably individuals from first-generation to fourth-generation going by the lists displayed - was absolutely necessary for Coral Release. With ALL MIND's silence carrying some very heavy meaning, Raven understood that he may now be a very integral component to ALL MIND's goals, one that cannot be easily replaced or replicated. And so, Raven and Ayre sortie to eliminate this new obstacle in ALL MIND's way.
