The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed a divide between credit unions that can provide members with access to remote financial services and those that are limited to providing only in-person services. It has also amplified the need for more credit unions in Asia to embrace digitization in order to provide their members with safe, convenient online and mobile transaction services in the future.

World Council of Credit Unions, the National Credit Union Federation of Korea (NACUFOK) and the Asian Confederation of Credit Unions (ACCU) hosted this joint webinar to learn from credit union systems that have successfully implemented digital platforms for their members—and to provide tips to credit union systems seeking to achieve their own digital transformation.
