In 2017, Aspect partnered with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia to explore employment opportunities for people on the autism spectrum. A series of ten week internships were created in different divisions within the bank, and six candidates were given the chance to work within CBA. Through our employment team, Aspect Capable, we provided ongoing support with recruitment, training and ongoing regular catch-ups with the interns throughout the program.
