In this video I roughly cover the main things you need to know about V-Trigger 2, otherwise known as No Mercy. There are 4 criteria you have to consider when using VT2 against someone:
1. Does the character lack a 3 frame?
2. Does the character lack a 1f reversal (ex dp)?
3. Does the character have directional charges?
4. Does the character have low stun?
The more of these where the answer is "yes", that will determine how good V-Trigger 2 is against that matchup. There are other factors such as how good the opponent is in neutral, how defensive they are, how much they like to jump, etc. that one must also consider, but a lot of these extra ones come with a grain of salt and mostly personal preference with matchups.
