Benchmarking games probably sounds easy... and it can be, if you're not terribly concerned about having repeatable, dependable results that can be compared from one PC to another...

Built in benchmarks can make it easier, but what about live game play? Online gameplay featuring different maps, live servers, and more can really muck up the works.
