Black Ops Cold War Beta Thoughts
Here are my thoughts after playing both PS4 and PC weeks of the Black Ops Cold War beta; a review of the good and bad, opinions, and concerns for Treyarch's upcoming release. We'll touch on some alpha changes, the movement, weapon stats & balance, scorestreaks, the new Fireteam Dirty Bomb mode, and more. Overall, I do prefer the base multiplayer over Modern Warfare thanks to some of the reversions, but that isn't high praise, and there are certainly several frustrating issues. Also, since I play games in a dumb way where the gameplay is secondary to the grind, I still need to hear more about their plans for progression, like permanent mastery challenges and prestige.
