Sub 3 is possible but very hard on this one. This is a pretty safe run were you can decide yourself whether to copy it 1:1 or to wait a bit longer on a few rounds or whether you decide to even send a bit faster.

I decided to upload the Mobile Version first this time and
will probably share a faster version tomorrow. This makes a lot
more sense in my opinion cause that way I have lot more time
to think about stuff and to optimize it.

Build Order:

1) 310 Dart on last, r11
2) Buy 320
3) r20 at about $300
4) 000 Boat into 010 (last)
5) Sell Dart once enough Bloons are in range of Boat and buy 210 on it
6) r27 at about 33-34 seconds, Boat to 220
7) 000 Bomb (close), r35
8) Bomb to 003 and 203, after that r39
9) 201 Ninja (can be skipped)
10) 300 Ice, r45, Ice to 320
11) 000 Village, r49, Village to 020
12) Adora
13) Another 320 Ice, Village to 320, r55
14) 2 more 320 Ices, r60 after
15) 032 into 042 Dartling, r65 after
16) 2 more 320 Ices, r80
17) Rocket Storm, 2 more 320 Ices (8 total) and a new 300 Village
18) Micro Dartling a bit if needed and use Adora Lvl 3
19) 402 Ace on figure 8, top Village to 320
20) Rocket Storm again, during that sell 4 Ices and the bottom Village
Sell Dartling after Rocket Storm ran out for 502 Ace
21) Some Maulers or Assassins at the top, some 030 Druids,
Ball of Light and GG
