Short video that shows that talent that should work... doesn't.

Hippity Hop increases Lunara movement speed by 10% as long as she hasn't taken or dealt any damage in the last 4 seconds.

Talent was probably coded in such a way that dealing damage or taking damage triggers countdown before bonus gets activated. Same for picking the talent. However there is no trigger for respawning. It just doesn't work. Until you find another trigger.
