I decided to have a little competition.
Build a house.

Requirements:
1. Must use 60x60 lot size so it fits to this place.
2. Use Base Game content only.
3. Build as big as you want to. No specific architectural style required.
4. No multiple entries.
5. You can leave the building unfurnished or furnish it as well, the only part that matters really is the exterior and the garden.

Share your lot in your The Sims 3 Studio and give me the link in the comments so I can find and download your building.

Winner gets the fully remodeled Sunset Valley save file for free! (Others have to get it through Patreon)

This competition ends in June the 7th. I'll announce the winner later in June.
