
Cabbage roll with minced pork and mushroom
Ingredients:. Marinade:
Minced pork. Light soy sauce
Mushroom. Sesame oil
Garlic(minced). Cornstarch
Cabbage. Pepper
Shaoxing wine
Chicken soup
Water
Egg white
Method:
1.soak dried mushrooms in a warm water untill it soft and remove stem and cut mushrooms into pieces.
2.marinade minced pork in 30 minutes and then add the mushrooms and eggwhite together.mixed well.
3.wash cabbage and drain.
4.boil water and put the cabbage until it soft and drain excess water.
5.put the minced pork into the cabbage and rolled.
6.boil water for steaming and steam the cabbage roll in 10 minutes.
7.use oil to fry garlic and put the chicken soup and water to make the sauce.boil and then pour into the cabbage roll when it's done.then ready to serve.🥰
