AKA: Kraken/Horror Tribal using the manifest mechanic with on theme cards

I do indeed proxy cards in my deck (i.e anything above $5) as I do not have the money to rebuy all the cards in my collection. It's a replacement as I could just move it sleeve to sleeve but it saves the work. I try to keep my budget around $100 at most for cards out of my collection.
