15I got through that surprisingly quick! (+ I think ?? I got all the endings for this game assuming that there isn't a special ending upon beating hard mode).
We're getting a lot of hints here and there regarding the purpose of the death game (as well as who might be behind it!) It looks like they pulled a danganronpa with the thirteenth survivor stuff (Ikusaba Mukuro *coUGH*). Still, there wasn't really much of an indication of there being an extra character in the main game, so I assume they will probably come in and become more relevant in the third chapter? question mark?
For now, though, with the info that we DO have, I theorize that the thirteenth participant, Rei, is probably that weird alter ego Sou we've been talking to throughout the series, if only because of the fact they're the only character that's completely shrouded in mystery and I don't think it was made completely clear whether him and Sou are actually the same person.
I will add though that if you look at the background picture of the save screen (where all the save slots are) there's an extra silhouette of a character I don't recognize around the center. I had originally thought that it was Touko's silhouette but if Touko's is there then why isn't Jin's? HmmmmmmmMMMmMMMmm?????
Anyway, my head hurts.
