90Soviet Mission 3 CHRONO CAPTURE in Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge, this is a third mission in the fan Soviet Campaign made by DieSystem. Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 is a 2.5D real-time strategy computer game by Westwood Pacific, which was released for Microsoft Windows on October 23, 2000 as the follow-up to Command & Conquer: Red Alert. Set in the early 1970s, Red Alert 2 supposedly picks up at the conclusion of the Allied campaign of the first game, but this has been subject to debate. Its expansion is Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge.
This mission might give you some problems, your only fighting unit at the beginning is Boris, sure he is strong but not always.Especially when you have to maneuver through the places where his hard counters in mass are present, this means Gattling Tanks, a lot of them. And to block player from finishing this mission too early, there are few Snipers nicely hidden behind the trees, so do not rush so early. You have to escort few Engineers because the main objective of this mission is to complete the Battle Lab in Alien base, but they are needes somewhere else. In case you find the Gattling Tanks on your path and your Boris is at least not Veteran, avoid the fight and head to the base located on south of the map. Fight your way inside the base and capture few buildings inside, especially the Barracks, War Factory, some Power Plants and radar for a better tech. To the north there is a Chronosphere that have to be destroyed, after it you receive some reinforcements with Rhino Tanks and Desolators. Capture the Barracks and Allied Airfield to have the access to train Rocketeers, from this moment you have to hurry because AI will not be idle. There are multiple Oil Derricks on map to capture, take them for a steady cash bonus, make a strike force and push forward towards Alien base. Destroy the defences and enter the base, eliminate everything around Battle Lab and capture it with an Enginner to accomplish the mission.
