This will be the last under 10 minute Creepypasta... I think.
I think I said that in a recent stories description but I guess I just forgot how short this story really way, that being said, it still doesn't take away from how enjoyable it is.
Also, yes, I had to type, manage four voices, and keep the music on track all while recording, so if things one sounds bad, that's why.

Anyway, to the positives!

Awaaaayyyyyyy...and we're already here.
Candle Cove is, once again, a story that is relatively known, and if I am correct, has even been adapted into a television show; however, I cannot confirm nor deny it as I have yet to view the show.
The story itself is one that I still look back at creeped out, and for a timer, kind of terrified.
Now, this is largely due in part to a 1.5 minute long fan made video depicting thee "screaming episode," which is something I used to be horrified of, and still am now, despite the knowledge of it just being reused screams from media and stock footage.
I think that the ending is a great quick, yet creative way to catch the viewer off guard.
At first, the story seems to be focused on a disturbing kids show, many stories have done that before, few good, another category desaturated by a sea of mediocrity in the subsection of Creepypastas.
But the ending twists it on its head and reverse quadrupoles the reasoning out the window when it was revealed that it wasn't just one person that could see it, it was children.
Only children could view the disturbing show, which as a concept would be terrifying for a parent.

The negatives are few and far between, and by that I mean there is only one.
The length.
I would be amazing if the story continued as more or as a different point of view, as in just one person in comparison to an entire chatroom.
But that's just a personal shift in narrative that really doesn't decrease from the creepiness of the story.

All around, another well known classic, and a big impact on my attraction to Creepypastas many years ago, which is why I think it's perfect to be my 14th favorite Creepypasta.
