Here are the steps if I am going too fast in the video.
-Add clip
-Duplicate clip
-Set it as an overlay
-Splice then select filter
-On the overlay clip, adjust the saturation to 50 and exposure to 15
-Add edge glow effect and set the object to overlay
-The next step is select the overlay clip and use the chroma key on dark areas (set the intensity 50 - 60) and shadow 100
-Lastly, to add flicker you would need to add key frames and then change the intensity of the splice filter between 70 - 80
