CEMU 1.15.2 - An Hour of Paper Mario: Colour Splash 4K Gameplay
No 60 FPS graphics pack for this one as far as I'm aware, but personally, I don't feel like it needs one as the animations are intentionally choppy to capture that paper aesthetic, and the game isn't super reflex intensive anyway so the game probably wouldn't benefit much from one.
There are some workaround graphics packs required for this game to render properly but it will mostly work fine otherwise. The only other major thing to note is that the game will softlock after the opening movie if you start a new file. You can avoid this by deleting or renaming the opening movie in your game's folder directory. Go to wherever you have your Paper Mario: Colour Splash folder, and then inside that folder, go to content/movie. You should see an mp4 file named "gojika_op". This is the opening movie. I personally recommend just adding a "1" to the end of the file name so you will at least still have the file if the issue ever gets resolved. Since it's an .mp4 file, you can also just open it in a media player there and then to watch the cutscene before starting the game if you wish.
Also, sometimes, there will be green fog over characters, but you can mostly prevent this by adding "accurateShaderMul = min" under the [Graphics] section of the game's profile.
Once you do those things, the game should be mostly perfect though there are sometimes rare instances of flickering in my experience.
Performance is locked to 30 FPS with the exception of occasional shader caching in Ruddy Road.
