Today I show you how to make coconut shrimp start to finish and it is good !!

Ingredients :
1/2 cup all purpose flour to dredge shrimp
another bowl with 1/2 cup apf , 1/4 cup corn meal , 2 table spoons baking powder and 3/4 cup cold water or sparkling water.
last bowl with either sweetened coconut or unsweetened coconut .
Butterfly shrimp as shown ( also can just leave them whole )
dredge in flour , shake off access , dip in batter and shake off , place in coconut tail up . coat and press . Small shake off and back to the wax paper it came from . l
Let sit five minutes or so to set . Deep fry at 350 F to golden . Drasin on wire rack in a baking pan and pig out !
