723- Story -
It all began in summer of 2020. It was a sunny day, I went camping with my family and we had a great time. I was in my car, listening to the radio while I was doing stuff in GD on my phone. At the time, this song would almost always play on the radio, it was literally one of the biggest hits of this summer. After listening to it dozens and dozens of times, I thought to myself: ''What if I make a layout out of it???'', and this is where it all started. The song is really good in my opinion and I really enjoy doing NONG layouts. So, since I didn't have my laptop to make this layout (since I had to replace the song) I had to wait till I come back from camping, which lasted for like 1 week. When I came home, I knew I had some work to do. The song is in fact almost 3 minutes and 30 seconds, I had to make sure the difficulty balance was nice, I had to make it sync to both lyrics and melody/beats, but most importantly, to make it enjoyable and fun to play. Almost one month passed and I finished the gameplay and structures of the layout. Then, that's where the trouble began to happen. My biggest fear was to have lack of inspiration and to totally abandon the layout. Of course, it happened. By playing the layout hundreds of times, I found new bugs almost every day, which made me realize the gameplay wasn't so good after all. This one little thing made me lose inspiration, and took a solid break from GD.
4 months later, I came back and decided for once and for all that I had to finish it, no matter what. It wasn't as fun as when I started building it, but it still was fun since I really love this game. 2 months later and I was done, after a couple small breaks. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied of this beast, I hope you have fun beating this layout! :)
