Pretty much every texture and a few meshes have been replaced. I started by combining several popular mods such as "aMidianBorn Buildings and Landscapes" and "Landscape Overhaul HD" choosing the best textures from each pack where conflicts occured. Next I added textures from small mods such as "High Poly Gleamblossoms" and "Deru's Enchanting Table 4K", more than 100 of those. I did the same with Armour, weapons, etc starting with "aMidianBorn Book of Silence". Dramatic changes in visuals come from my own mod which changes lighting, weather, plant distribution, grass density etc.

Another of my mods handles balance and difficulty. Things like making sure NPCs level up as fast as or faster than me, no more giants at level 30 but they start at 30 and levelup faster than me. Fall damage. I do 80% Damage, NPCs do between 100% and 400% damage, I mostly go for 80% - 250%. I am also nerfed by slowing my levelling (max is about 50 I think but this character started before this mod so is level 68 today). Less perks so 1- handed damage can only be increased to +40% instead of +80%, enchantments are weaker, etc.
