I've been guilty of neglecting the new uploads to my YouTube channel again, but it's still kind of difficult for me to juggle a work schedule with production and video work, but I will eventually make it over here to upload what I film. In this episode of Cooking with SonicBlu, I'll show you how I make my Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks. Because of the cuts of these steaks being much smaller than I'm used to, I overcooked them a little more than what I like, but they still tasted great. For this size of tuna steaks, I would recommend trimming the searing time down by a full minute than what's mentioned in the video for the style you like.
