Uploading mostly to showcase the Steam release of the game modified to have the original Dreamcast playlist and voices. The soundtrack for the Dreamcast version was the following:

For the main menu:
- The Offspring - Change the World

During gameplay:
- The Offspring - All I Want

- Bad Religion - Them and Us
- The Offspring - Way Down the Line
- Bad Religion - Ten in 2010

For the credits:
- Bad Religion - Inner Logic

All of the Bad Religion songs only play until about halfway through the songs before they fade out, while all of the The Offspring songs (except Change the World) pretty much play to completion.

Modding the Steam version to replace the soundtrack and the voices is not hard at all. You're going to have to source out the pack for the Dreamcast voices yourself, however the soundtrack is even easier to replace, since the game just uses .wav music files renamed to .adx to play back its music. What WILL be hard is making sure the songs play at the right order, if you are a purist for the Dreamcast version and really want the songs in the old order. In that case, especially if you want the songs to fade in and out just as they did in the old console, you might have to do some very basic messing around with the files to get the music playing exactly as you remember it.

Sadly, after replacing the music and sound effect files for better ones, other issues about the Steam port that you can't do anything about become far more glaring. The audio mixing is *rubbish*: voices are way too quiet and some sound effects are way too loud (the crashing sound effect and the ticking of the cash register, of all things, are easily 3 times louder than anything else!), yet the Options menu will be of no help here, since both are controlled by the same slider. For a PC game, it doesn't have that much in the way of customisability options, which is mighty disappointing. The turning sensitivity is also very twitchy and I don't think there's a way to remedy that, it honestly feels like it might be up to twice as sensitive as the Dreamcast version? Oh yeah, in case you care about that, no, you can't get the Pizza Hut, FILA, Levi's, KFC and other assorted product placements back, at least not as of now.

Honestly, you might still be better off playing the Dreamcast version over this if you can help it. Maybe the PS2 and GC versions too if you don't mind the different voice acting and compressed sound quality of those. If there is no other choice, I guess getting the Steam doesn't hurt, does it? You can often buy it for next to nothing when it's on sale, and if you get it for say, 2 dollars, you can't complain. Especially when most of the worst issues are fixable.
