Creating a Self Signed SSL Certificate in Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise. You can even export the certificate, share it with friends/servers/workstations/etc.(they must install the key on their machine), and create end-to-end Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encrypted connections (FTPS/HTTPS/etc.). In the video I password protected the key I exported so you will also need to know the password or the key is useless. . .
