Whenever it surfaces, there are only 2 different attacks. And they alternate each time. Either a blast directed toward where you were standing when she popped up. Or zapping the water. Both are easy to dodge. The fire skill works really well if you're under her during surface. Keep hitting the floaty things to create rafts. She'll break them as she dives. And they slowly sink. and lastly, the little bubbles in the water indicate where she's about to dive.
