Dance of the Reed Flutes was composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky in 1892, originally for the Ballet "The Nutcracker" and included in the second movement of "The Nutcracker Suite, Op. 71a" which was premiered earlier than the Ballet from which it draws its material.

Regarding the title of the video: the main theme was intended to be played by flutes and is not at all idiomatic of brass playing - but that's never stopped me before! Additionally, when we usually refer to "brass instruments" we typically ignore instruments such as the saxophone which are brass but use a reed like some woodwinds, and instead refer exclusively to the subset of "lip-reed instruments" which use lips as a reed in order to play them. It's not a very good pun, I know.
